This is our nation of Baltic summits. The award is crafted from casts of living ancient trees, united in a luminous glass form—from the rough impressions of experience lines to a polished brilliance.
On May 13, the inaugural "Baltic Awards" ceremony took place at the Latvian National Museum of Art. Awards were presented in the following categories: Art, Music, Architecture, and Science. Maestro Raimonds Pauls received the award in the “Music” category, as well as a special recognition for his lifetime contribution to society.
The award was created by our glass artist Anda Munkevica, making this event especially meaningful for the entire AM Studio team.
